At Aadvi Fashion, all orders are considered final once delivered. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products purchased through our website.

1. No Return Policy

Aadvi Fashion does not accept return requests for any products after delivery.

Customers are requested to carefully check the product details, size, measurements, and other information before placing an order.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final and no refunds will be provided after the order has been delivered.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong size selected by the customer

• Colour preference

• Personal preference

• Products that are no longer required

• Any other reason not related to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact us at support.aadvifashion@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

• Order ID

• Clear photographs/videos of the product

• Photographs of the product packaging and tags

After verification, Aadvi Fashion will review the complaint and may provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

4. Product Condition

Customers are advised to check the product carefully upon delivery. Once the product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery, no complaint regarding the product condition will be considered.
